Therapy and counselling in Jersey, Channel Islands

I offer individual therapy or counselling and group therapy in Jersey, Channel Islands.

It is very common to experience psychological difficulties and not to know how or where to seek help. You may feel that you are alone, but research shows that one in four people will experience a mental health difficulty in the course of a year.

Psychotherapy is not only for those experiencing difficulties, however. It is suitable for everyone who would like to better understand themselves — and their relationships with others.

I am glad you have found this website and I hope you will feel able to get in touch with me.
